This policy refers to Basketbot (the “Bot”, “Game”, "Service" and “Website”), developed and operated by Basketbot LLC ("we", "us", “our”). To keep the game functional and provide the best possible experience, we collect some necessary data from Discord users (the "User", "you", "they", "their") who have interacted with the game, as well as the respective Discord guilds (the "Server(s)") that Basketbot has been added to.

Basketbot is a free-to-play Discord card collection game/bot that allows users to collect, trade, and battle cards with other users.

The services are provided “As is” and are to be used for the intended purpose(s) only and coincide that you may not use our services to break Discord Terms & Policies.

Attempts to find loopholes in our Terms and/or our services and exploit it with the intention of causing damage to us or anyone else may result in termination of your access to our services.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

We do not guarantee the access of our services. Access to our game services is provided to users who have not had their access revoked. We may revoke a user's access to our game services (either in full or partially) at any time, for any reason.
